Every order is delivered flat, tracked and free of charge to UK mainland addresses, usually 2 to 3 working days after production is finished.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Production takes 4 to 6 working days after you approve the proof. Delivery then takes 2 to 3 working days to UK mainland addresses. Your dispatch email includes a tracking link.

How Are Boxes Packed?
Boxes travel flat, banded together in bundles and packed in outer cartons or on a pallet for larger orders. Flat packing keeps the boxes square and takes far less space than made-up boxes.

What Should You Do When Boxes Arrive?
Check the number of bundles against the dispatch email and look for crushed corners or wet outers. If anything is damaged, take a photo before unpacking further.
- Count the cartons or bundles.
- Note any visible damage on the delivery record.
- Photograph damage before moving the boxes.
- Get in touch inside 10 days and we will replace or refund the affected boxes.
Do You Deliver Off the UK Mainland?
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery to UK addresses off the mainland, such as some islands, is priced on request. Tell us the postcode on your quote request and we include the cost.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed when your boxes are dispatched.
Can boxes be delivered to a business unit or warehouse?
Yes. Give us the full address and any access details, opening times or booking-in requirements.
Can you deliver to several addresses?
Yes. Split deliveries can be quoted. List the addresses and quantities on your request.
What if a delivery is late?
Contact us with your order reference and we will chase the carrier and keep you updated.
Do pallets need a forklift?
Pallet deliveries usually come on a tail-lift vehicle with a pallet truck. Tell us if access is tight and we will plan around it.
Are boxes delivered made up?
No. Boxes arrive flat, which keeps them square and saves storage space. Most styles fold up in seconds.
What if part of my order is missing?
Compare the bundles received with the dispatch email, and flag any shortfall inside 10 days so we can send the rest.
Do I need to be in to sign?
Larger deliveries usually need someone to receive them. Add delivery notes, such as a goods-in door, to your order.
