Returns and Reprints
Boxes are made to your size and artwork, so the promise is simple: if they arrive misprinted or damaged and you tell us within 10 days, we reprint them or refund you.
What Is Covered?
Raise it inside 10 days from delivery, with pictures, and we replace the boxes or refund them.
- Print that does not match the approved proof
- Boxes damaged in transit
- Boxes made to a different size from the one on the proof
- Short deliveries against the dispatch note
What Is Not Covered?
Because each order is made to your specification, we cannot take back boxes that match the approved proof. That includes a size or spelling that was on the proof you approved, or boxes that have been used, written on or stored somewhere damp.
How Do You Report a Problem?
- Email info@buycardboardboxes.co.uk with your order reference.
- Attach clear photos of the fault and the outer packaging.
- Tell us how many boxes are affected.
- We reply within one working day with the next step.

Delivery and Returns
What is the deadline for raising a fault?
10 days from delivery. Please check your boxes soon after they arrive.
What if only some boxes are faulty?
We reprint or refund the faulty boxes, not just the order as a whole, so tell us the count.
What if I simply change my mind about an order?
Boxes made to your size and print cannot be returned for a change of mind, which is why the proof stage matters.
Who pays for a reprint?
We do, when the fault is ours or happened in transit.
How quickly is a reprint made?
Reprints are prioritised and usually made within the normal 4 to 6 working day window or sooner.
What if the delivery is short?
Check the bundle count, then tell us within 10 days and we send the missing boxes.

Do I need to send the boxes back?
Usually not. Photos are normally enough. If we need the boxes, we arrange collection.
Do I choose between a replacement run and my money back?
You can choose. Most buyers prefer a reprint, which goes to the front of the production queue.
Does this affect my statutory rights?
No. This promise is in addition to your rights under UK law.
What if the colour looks different from my screen?
Screens and board show colour differently. If the print matches the approved proof notes, it is within the order.
