The boxes here are grouped by what buyers usually search for: by board (corrugated, double wall, kraft), by finish (plain or printed) and by size (small or large). In practice they overlap. A large printed double wall carton belongs to three of these pages at once, and that is fine: start with the one that matches your main concern.
Start With the Contents
The quickest way to the right box is to describe what goes in it. Weight, fragility and whether boxes are stacked decide the board. How the box is seen decides the print. Size decides almost everything else.
| If your main concern is | Look at | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Lowest cost | Plain Cardboard Boxes | No print set-up, quickest route |
| Strength | Double Wall Boxes | BC flute for heavy or stacked loads |
| Branding | Printed Cardboard Boxes | 1 colour to full colour, inside and out |
| A natural look | Kraft Boxes | Brown board with simple print |
| Odd sizes | Small or Large Cardboard Boxes | Made to fit, not near misses |
Which Grade of Board Is Standard?
Single wall B flute is the everyday grade and suits most parcels. C flute adds cushioning for bulkier goods, E flute keeps small boxes neat and prints sharply, and BC double wall handles weight and stacking. The full guide to board grades compares them side by side.
What Styles Are Available?

Can You Mix Boxes From the Range?
Yes, and most buyers do. A typical order might combine plain shipping cartons for trade customers with printed mailers for online orders, or small and large boxes for a product range. Mixed orders are priced on a single quote, and each size arrives in its own labelled bundles.
What About Price?
Every box in the range starts from £0.20 a box. Size and board set the base price, print adds set-up per colour, and quantity spreads that set-up. Ask for alternatives on the same quote if you want to compare a lighter board or a simpler print.
