How Do We Use It?
We use your details to reply, prepare quotes and proofs, make and deliver your order, and keep records for accounting. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who Do We Share It With?
Only the people needed to complete your order: production partners who make the boxes and carriers who deliver them. Each receives only what they need for their part of the job.
How Long Do We Keep It?
Quote requests that do not become orders are kept for up to two years so repeat enquiries are easy. Order records are kept for as long as UK tax rules require.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@buycardboardboxes.co.uk. We reply within one working day and act on the request promptly.
Cookies and Analytics
The site uses only what it needs to work. If we add analytics, it is used to understand which pages help visitors, not to identify you.
