What are your opening hours?
We answer calls and messages Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm UK time. Emails sent outside those hours are answered the next working day.
Is WhatsApp the quickest way to reach you?
WhatsApp is quick for short questions and photos of boxes. For a full price, the quote form makes sure nothing is missed.
Can I visit your office?
The office handles sales and artwork. Boxes are not stored or collected there, so please contact us first if you want to meet.
Can I send you a sample box?
Yes. Contact us first and we will tell you where to send it. A photo with a tape measure beside it is often enough.
Do you reply on weekends?
Anything that arrives on a Saturday or Sunday gets a reply on Monday, or the next working day after a bank holiday.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Reply to your order email or contact us with the order reference, and we send a fresh copy.
Can I change the email address on my quote?
Yes. Reply from the new address or tell us in a message, and we update the quote.
