What Happens After You Press Send?
A member of the team reads your request, checks the size against the box style and works out the most sensible board. If anything is unclear, such as a height that looks too shallow for the product, we ask before pricing rather than guessing.

- If you want print, a free design proof comes with it or shortly after.
- Sign off the proof, or send back any edits you want.
- Production takes 4 to 6 working days after approval.
- Boxes go out flat, tracked and free to UK mainland addresses.
Can You Price More Than One Option?
Yes, and it is often worth it. Ask for plain against 1 colour, single wall against double wall, or two quantities side by side. Seeing the difference on one quote makes the choice much easier than guessing at it.

Ordering and Price
Do I have to pay anything to get a quote?
No. Quotes and design proofs are free, and no payment is taken on this site.
Can I send a drawing instead of filling in the form?
Yes. Attach a sketch, a photo of a box you already use or a spec sheet, and we work from that.
Can I get a price for several sizes at once?
Yes. Put each size and quantity in the message box, or send a list by email, and we price them on one quote.
Will someone call me after I send the form?
Only if you ask us to or leave a phone number with a question. Most quotes are handled entirely by email.
How long is a quote valid for?
The validity date is printed on each quote. Board prices move from time to time, so check it before ordering.
Can I ask for changes after I get the price?
Of course. Reply to the quote email with the change, such as a new quantity or a different print, and we send an updated price.
What is the cheapest way to order boxes?
Plain boxes in the lightest board that protects the product, ordered in one go rather than several small runs.
Is my artwork kept private?
Yes. Your files are used only to prepare your proof and your order, and are never shared with anyone else.

What if I do not know the board grade?
Leave it on “Not sure yet” and tell us what goes in the box. We recommend a grade on the quote and explain why.
How accurate does my size need to be?
Measure to the nearest millimetre if you can. If you are unsure, send the product size and we will add the right allowance.
