Every order starts with a size and a quantity. From there it follows the same path, and nothing is printed or charged until you have approved the proof.

- Receive a price by email within one working day.

- Free tracked delivery to UK mainland addresses in 2 to 3 working days.

Ordering and Price
How do I place an order?
Send a quote request with your size and quantity. When you are happy with the price and proof, reply to confirm and we invoice you.
How do I pay for my boxes?
We send an invoice by email once you confirm the order. Payment details are on the invoice. No payment is taken on this website.
When do you start making my boxes?
Production starts once the proof is approved and the invoice is settled, and takes 4 to 6 working days.
Can I reorder the same boxes later?
Yes. We keep your size and artwork on file, so a repeat order only needs the quantity.
Who do I contact if something is wrong?
Email info@buycardboardboxes.co.uk or call the number on every page, with your order details and a photo if possible.
Do you supply businesses only?
We supply businesses, sole traders, makers and private buyers alike. Prices are quoted excluding VAT.
Delivery and Returns
Can I collect my boxes?
No. All orders are delivered, flat and tracked, free of charge to UK mainland addresses.
Do you deliver to addresses off the UK mainland?
Delivery to UK addresses off the mainland is priced on request. Tell us the postcode and we add it to the quote.

Can I change my order after approving the proof?
Tell us as soon as possible. If production has not started we can usually change it; after that it depends on the stage.
Do you keep ready-made boxes on the shelf?
No. Every box is made to order to your size and print, which is why we can supply any size you need.
